Rocker Engine

Through this project, I enhanced my machining and engineering design skills through hands-on experience. Collaborating in a two-person team, I used CAD to meticulously design a piston assembly, adhering to GD&T standards. We translated these designs into physical components made from aluminum, steel, and brass. Working with mills and lathes, I learned crucial machining processes and the importance of maintaining tight tolerances.
